This carefully, with attention to detail restored old stone villa is situated on the seafront of the historic town Perast. It was originally built between the 16th and 17th centuries, and is one of the earliest houses in Perast. During the reconstruction of the ruin, where only a few walls were still standing, much attention was paid to produce the original charm again. The restoration was carried out using high quality materials and the original interior and exterior stone walls and window frames are visible throughout the charming home.
The villa consists of 3 floors, connected by an magnificent open staircase. At street level there is a large living room (lobby), bathroom with shower, one room which can be used if needed as a kitchen (connections are provided) and a utility room with Bosch washer and dryer already installed. Stone stairs lead to the second level where the living room with open fireplace is located. From there a few steps lead into the open, fully equipped kitchen with access to the rear-facing garden. A small guest toilet is to be found next to the kitchen. On the third floor is placed the master bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet and two further bedrooms which share a bathroom with bathtub. The house is fully centrally heated and air conditioned. Another significant feature of this "first row" semi-waterfront home is the spacious walled garden that rises in 5 terraces behind, allowing for stunning views and wonderful indoor-outdoor living and entertaining. The already installed night lighting creates an enchanted space. One more special high light of this offer is the Ponta in front of the house which provides the rare opportunity for the mooring of a boat.
